St Paul Lutheran School

The refurbishment of works was performed throughout the entire school in 4 key stages, with completion dates every term being achieved. This however did have its challenges involved with working in an environment where the school is still in full operation. TSDB had to work closely with the school to achieve tight deadlines and restricted work access. Safety of the children was one of the main focuses on this project as we were continuously working in close vicinity of students. 

The works consist of refurbishment to 15 classrooms, 6 offices, reception area, 5 communal activity spaces, locker area, canteen, and uniform shop. Also constructed were 2 outdoor leaning areas with direct classroom access, 2 new access ramps stairs to gain access to a newly constructed undercover deck with sports store underneath.
