This project was the design and construction of a complex industrial facility including fit out of industrial machinery within the 5,315m2 Factory.
TSDB constructed the 2 hydro test pits, which measure 25m long x 4m deep. We also performed the extensive civil works on the 5-hectare site and included is a two-storey 1547m2 office with large two-storey glass entry across one of the corners.
The project included extensive civil works, large steel-framed double-height factory with provision for equipment and addition steel and design where required. Works included for all specialist manufacturing equipment installation also.
