TSDB was engaged to transform an existing domestic house into a commercial and modern building. This included removing the existing pitched roof and alterations to existing internal and external walls and additional areas added to the building footprint.
The skillion roofline and rendered existing brick with large aluminium glazed windows create a model feel, with the use of large canopy areas to the rear this provides shelter from the weather to play areas. A large rendered brick with timber screen wall was installed along Grange Road boundary to allow a safe area for kids to play in.
TSDB worked closely with the interior designer and client to ensure vibrant and interesting learning spaces had been created.
