This development is one that TSDB put together to meet the future needs of a growing business which was looking to expand their factory process. The project included site optimisation which takes into consideration the needs of the manufacturing based business. The final design included for a processing plant with injection moulding, packaging of goods and delivery and dispatch requirements.

Structure

A combination Tilt-up Concrete and Structural steel frame building, all designed, fabricated and constructed in house by TSDB. Aluminium doors & windows all fabricated and installed by TSDB and final fit out.

Garon plastics where a southern based business looking for new premises which TSDB designed and built for them and undertook all council negotiations including a change in the street trees.
